These circles welcome beginner to advanced. All are welcome to join and explore and expand their intuitive abilities in a safe and fun environment.
The November session will focus on psychometry, aura reading, and using oracle cards to connect with spirit and angels. The December session will focus on mediumship, energetic healing, and remote viewing. Both sessions will begin with guided meditation. You are welcome to join either or both.

Goddess Circle
This workshop is a celebration of the Divine Feminine within each of us. We will work with expanding our intuition, releasing blocks around our feminine power, strengthening our abilities to give and receive love, and bringing our natural given abilities to create to the forefront, to manifest the life that fills our minds, hearts, and souls with joy, fulfilment, and peace.

Distance Healing Meditation
This seated, guided meditation will take you on a journey of healing for others that you love. This is a very giving, warming, and empowering session. When we work to heal others, we also heal ourselves as that energy moves through all of us. In accordance with spiritual law, we don’t push healing on anybody who is not open to it. You will learn how to obtain distance healing permissions and how to heal ethically and safely as part of this session. No meditation experience is required for this session. All are welcome.

Mediumship Circle
This session welcomes beginners through to advanced, as we come together to focus solely on mediumship and learning how to connect with loved ones on the other side. We will practise mediumship skills only to gain guidance, healing and comfort for ourselves and for others.

Live Online Guided Meditation - Cord Cutting And Rewriting Soul Contracts
Join Mary via Zoom for a one hour online guided meditative journey in which you will be gently guided to cut cords with energies that drain you and no longer serve you, as well as rewriting soul contracts to help you navigate those challenging relationships and connections.
There is no meditation experience necessary to be part of this session. As you relax in your own space, Mary will connect with you energetically to make this a personal and empowering experience for all involved, whilst keeping you in a safe and protected energetic field. Banish Burnout
Burnout doesn’t come from doing too much. It comes from absorbing too much. If you are feeling tired as soon as you wake up, drained, find yourself overthinking, lacking motivation, or feel scattered you may be suffering from burnout.
This powerful workshop will take you through practical exercises to recognise what is causing your burnout, whilst introducing you to effective techniques to not only release it and heal from it, but prevent it.

Ancestral Healing
So much is passed down through our lineage. We are blessed with wonderful gifts from our ancestors, although we also inherit their traumas and patterns. We often find that our struggles and patterns of behaviour tend to be the same as the generations before us.
Mary will take you on a liberating journey of recognising what you have inherited through meditation and intuitive exercises and will then work with you to release what cycles end with you whilst giving gratitude and acceptance of the gifts that make you shine.

Past Life Regression Meditation and Analysis
Join Mary for a deep seated meditation to revisit past life experiences that may be impacting your current behaviours, emotions, and relationships. Take your mediumship skills to the next level as you master channeling in a safe and protected space. Mary will guide you through mediation and channeling exercises to be a medium for spiritual guidances as it is spoken by the higher beings we will be connecting with.

This transformative workshop will take you on a journey of self exploration as you acknowledge and take charge of all of the aspects of you, in a liberating, non judgmental, empowering environment with like minded people.
