Join Mary for a meditation in which you will be guided to connect with your loved ones on the other side for healing and guidance. After the meditation you will guided through automatic writing to deeper connect and receive the messages your loved ones want to pass on to you. No experience is necessary to be part of this session.

Through the study of our palms we can learn about ourselves, our past, present, and future.

Exploring Energetic Anatomy
The health of our spiritual body is the very essence of our wellbeing. Understanding it and being able to maintain it allows us to feel our best selves on all levels. It also brings us into deeper connection with the world around us. Being aware of our spiritual anatomy empowers us to better navigate our environments and our relationships, as we come into deeper understanding of what impacts our spiritual body, the core of our being.
This workshop will focus mostly on the anatomy of the aura and our main chakras in detail. You will participate in energetic reading and healing for yourself and others and explore what brings you into alignment.

Psychic Development Your Way
Is there an aspect of psychic development that you want to know more about and perfect? Do you have questions about how it all works and want to explore your abilities?
These two hour sessions are limited to four people only and have been created to allow each person who attends, the opportunity to dictate what they want to learn. During the session you will have the opportunity to ask about what you would like to learn. Mary will answer your questions and take you through practical exercises to take your abilities to the next level.

Reiki - Level I
Reiki is a Japanese hands on healing technique in which the therapist channels energy into the client to restore physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing. Reiki is safe, beneficial, and transformative for people of all ages and conditions. It is also powerful in healing pets and situations.
Level I will take you through the basics of Reiki healing and how to perform self treatment and treatment of others.
