Everything holds energy. By learning how to tune into that energy, we can access information for healing, guidance, and protection. Psychometry can also serve as a safe medium for opening to connection with spirit. During this session you will be guided to advance your skills in reading objects. You will practice with personal objects, allowing for personal messages.

Embracing Empathy
Do you often feel drained after being around others? How can you maintain and enhance your beautiful qualities as an empath without losing yourself? Being empathetic is to be true to our nature. It should allow us to feel connected, open hearted, and full. Sadly, we often feel drained and wanting to withdraw instead.
This workshop was designed to strengthen empathy while building healthy emotional boundaries. Mary will guide you through meditations and exercises to empower you as an empath while staying protected in your own energy. Being an empath is a blessing, not a curse.

Past Life and Timeline Reading Workshop
Past life influences and past events impact who we presently are, and left unresolved can manifest in challenges that arise. Building Psychic Senses
This workshop will take you on a skill building journey through activities centred around Clairvoyance (Seeing), Clairsentience (Feeling), and Clairaudience (Hearing). Exercises will be based around visualisation strengthening, reading colours shapes, and movement, body signals training, emotion vs intuition, and message transcription.

Join Mary for a one hour guided meditation in which you will get to meet your spirit guides. Our spirit guides work with us to keep us on our path and support our personal growth. Psychic Case Files -
The Murder of JonBenet Ramsey
As we explore this psychic case file, we will be working with love, respect, and compassion with the intention of bringing healing, peace, and closure to the tragic murder of six year old JonBenet Ramsey in December of 1996.
