Unfortunately, I have not been able to channel this weeks meditation in time for the weekly upload, as my father who is terminally ill has been in hospital and I have needed to be with family.

I have uploaded an older meditation and to make it up to you all, I will be extending this block by one week to ensure that you get the new content which has been promised to you.
